Welcome to the new SPNN Member Portal!

We have switched over to a new reservation system. This new system is an all in one system. This is where you will register for classes, renew your membership, make reservations, look for crew, and upload your content for playback on our channels. 

To use the new system you will need to sign into Media Center Manager (see directions below). We will be rolling out directions and tutorials in the next week. Folks have been finding okay to navigate through, but if you have trouble please email staff and we’ll help you. 

The first step to making a reservation will be to set up a project. Then you will use that project to make a reservation. Projects can be short range or long range. Remember the things you use SPNN resources for need to be shared back with the St. Paul community. 

We know there will be some bumps as we make this transition, but we believe in the end it will be a better/easier system to use. 

Please note when making reservations use the Kits and Facilities tab.

Directions to set up your account

You will need to set up your account in our new system Media Center Manager (MCM) prior to making any reservations. Please follow these steps to update your account;

  1. Go here: https://app.mymediacentermanager.com
  2. In the Name of Public Media Center type in "SPNN (Saint Paul Neighborhood Network)"
  3. Use the email address of yours we have on record
  4. PW: 123456
  5. Click “Sign In”
  6. Once in, you should reset your password

If you are getting an error message, make sure you are using the email address on file. If your membership has expired, you won’t be able to use the above link. You will need to renew your membership first here.
