Community Branch Manager at Saint Paul Public Library

Phasoua Vang (she/her) is a dedicated public servant with 25 years of experience working at the Saint Paul Public Library.

In addition to this she is a Hmong-American actress and storyteller based in the Twin Cities. Some recent projects include the web series Hmong Organization, independent feature film Bitterroot, and will be in the world premiere of Sixpack at the Jungle Theater.

Growing up in the Central Valley of California meant a childhood of early mornings at the strawberry farm, tending to a variety of produce, and communal lunch breaks with the aunties. She is very much a Saint Paul kid where she is one of 53 first cousins, and that’s just on her mom’s side.
