SERVE WITH US.

Seve with Us:

  • Teach others about technology literacy (e.g. how to use email, how to format a document in Word or Google Docs, find Facebook, apply for a job, navigate the internet safely, tell stories using a smart phone) using the Northstar Digital Literacy Assessments

  • Help those interested to get ready for a skill assessment and oversee the test. Celebrate with them when they pass!

  • At the halfway mark of your service, embark on guided project development that helps your host site to keep helping others after your service ends.

  • Be a part of a cohort that annually certifies over 1,500 community members in technology literacy. Many of these folks find better paying jobs because of the certification they received.

  • Build relationships with community members and encourage people to reach personal and professional goals.
