To me, the smell of paint, drywall dust and construction reminds me of home. Growing up in a family of do-it-yourselfers, we were always taking down walls, building new ones, changing out bathrooms and kitchens and designing our home to make it the best home we could. Over the last few months, I’ve watched an empty shell of a warehouse slowly transform into something that feels, and smells, like my home. And as you come visit SPNN’s new facility, I hope that it feels like home to you too.

While SPNN staff and interns pack boxes, a portion of the move has already taken place. Wednesday morning portions of Master Contol were dismantled and moved to the new facility.

After being located in Downtown St. Paul for nearly 30 years, Saint Paul Neighborhood Network (SPNN) will be relocating at the end of June to the Creative Enterprise Zone in the Midway neighborhood of St. Paul, situated along the Green line corridor. SPNN will be an anchor tenant, along with Independent Filmmaker Project (IFP) Minnesota and Lake Monster Brewing Company, in the new creative development, Vandalia Tower, located at 550 Vandalia St..
