Bianca (she/her) is an Emmy award winning Media Creative Professional and proud cum lade graduate of St. Cloud State University with a degree in Mass Communication. Her work is dedicated to advocate for the Black Community, its Youth and Education.

Prior to college, at the age of 14 years old, she started her media career with TPT’s Emmy Award Winning show, entitled "Don't Believe the Hype." She became passionate about television production through TPT and went on to excel in media writing, camera operation and digital editing. From working as the MPS district photographer, to running her own production company she learned a deep importance of giving back. So, Rhodes took her talents to new heights, becoming the Filmmaker Mentor for Rondo Youth in her latest project, Rondo: Beyond the Pavement. The film has had over 30 screenings in the Twin Cities and shown in 10 Film Festivals across the nation.

Currently, Rhodes is a proud Filmmaker, Photographer, Producer and the Production Manager for the Saint Paul Neighborhood Network. She is determined to use her talents and skills to motivate more Women and Youth to go into media! She hopes that her own legacy of community media will spark the mind of a little black girl just as it did for her.
