Welcome, CTEP AmeriCorps members! Here you will find quick access to links that you will use regularly throughout your service year. Some of these links are available to the public, while others are password protected and for CTEP members only.

Member Handbook
Your introduction to CTEP AmeriCorps and essential information for your year of service, such as how to count hours for member activities, policies and procedures, and other reources for making it through the year.

CTEP (SPNN) Email
As part of the SPNN network, all CTEP members are assigned an spnn.org Gmail account for communication with program staff, fellow AmeriCorps members, clients, and coworkers. Members may also be assigned an email through their host site.

OnCorps Timesheet System
Enter your hours here, biweekly. You can also track your hours throughout your service year under the time tracking tab.

My AmeriCorps
The national website for AmeriCorps members where you can enroll in AmeriCorps and access your education award.

CTEP Member Portal Log-In
This is the log-in page that you will use to access the CTEP Groups page. This is where you will access Book Club posts, Civic Engagement reflections, Corps Day Training Materials, resources shared by the cohort, and the CTEP member map and directory.

Book Club Forum
This is where you will find instructions on how to post your book club reflections.

Bi-Weekly Reflection form
Submit biweekly reflections to CTEP program staff.

Civic Engagement Reflections 
Post reflections about your individual civic engagement hours (also called Independent Service Hours). 25 hours, max, and up to 10 hours for an individual activity.
