Summer 2010 Connections Teen Studio. Includes a horror movie and a talk show, both produced in SPNN's studios.
Created during the 2010 Neighborhood Video Project in the West 7th Neighborhood, these videos include interviews with local experts, residents, family members and other youth and focus on immigration in the neighborhood and the impact of the Mississippi River on the neighborhood's history. The reel includes video diaries created by youth participants.
This episode, the second of the 2009-2010 season is about real issues that teens face and the journey the Set It Up crew members take in exploring these issues. Issues explored include Teen Sex and Abortion, Teen Relationships, Sexual Orientation, and Teen Style.
Set It Up segment re-edited by Angie Raschio in SOL, about Eclipse Records in Saint Paul and its role in the community as a place that supports both local music and youth.
This PSA, created during the Spring 2010 Movies With Message PSA Connections class at SPNN, encourage teens to stay active. The PSA's tagline is "Get off that couch and stop watching this PSA."
