SPNN Youth Open Lab (SOL) is a program that supports teens in producing independent media. Our drop-in lab is open during the school year for youth to start, work on, or get help with a project. SOL runs every Monday during the school year (except school holidays) from 3:00 to 5:00pm. Youth are able to drop by any time during those hours to start, work on, or get help with a project. The media lab, studios, and equipment are all available to SOL participants.

SOL Winter Hours - Come Work on an Independent Project!

SPNN Youth Open Lab (SOL) is open for winter hours on Mondays from 3:00 to 5:00 pm.  SOL supports youth who are involved in SPNN's Youth programs to plan and create independent media projects.  These projects range from documentaries to music videos and experimental films.  Youth can drop by anytime during SOL's hours to plan projects, check out equipment, and use our media lab to finish their productions.  SPNN Youth staff will be on hand to advise, support, or just talk through a project.  Come stop by!
